Shipping & Returns

1. RETURN POLICY

Here at Rebellious Apparel, our goal is to ensure that our customers are
completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 30 day return on all our
apparel. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be
credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for
damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business
days) of receiving the package.

In case the following conditions outlined below are not met, Rebellious
Apparel reserves the right to refuse the return entirely:

- The item must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the
original purchase.

- Items and packaging must be received in new condition.

- The original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged.

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return.

- Packaginging must include all original items.

- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box.

- Return package must include a copy of the original sales receipt.

Before returning a package you need to contact Rebellious Apparel for the
return label and instructions on your return. An email can be sent directly to
Rebelliousorders@gmail.com.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

We are proud to be able to ship products anywhere in Canada, the United
States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. Items in
stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. When a new product(s) is
released, please allow for extra time as our team may be experiencing higher
than normal order volumes.

2a SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and the
shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

2b INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & ORDERS

We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other
regulations that may apply in countries outside of Canada. It is the
responsibility of the customer to check to see if their country allows the
shipment of products they would like order. Any duties, customs or taxes that
may apply to their order are also the responsibility of the customer. No
refunds will be issues for any packages seized by customs unless all products
are returned in the original conditions per the outlined return policy.

3. CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, simply do so prior to the ordered
being fulfilled. If the order you want to cancel has already been fulfilled,
the order cannot be canceled. However, the order can be returned for a refund
